Northern pintail in flight (2021)

from $299.00

A northern pintail drake (Anas acuta) in flight at the Llano Seco Unit of the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge Complex in Butte County. During the winter months in Butte County, I thoroughly enjoy joining other bird photographers on weekends. I feel tremendously lucky to live near the Pacific Flyway, and to be able to take bird-in-flight shots for Wikipedia’s bird species articles.

Museum-quality print produced with archival pigment inks on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta paper using a professional wide format Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 printer.

Hahnemühle paper is made in my home state of Lower Saxony in Germany. It dates back to the year 1584 when the Duke of Braunschweig granted the right to build a paper mill to paper making craftsman Merten Spieß. Hahnemühle paper fulfills highest quality standards and provides an excellent ageing resistance.
