Last week, thousands of visitors to my blog viewed the images of enchanting waterfalls from Wikimedia Commons, Wikipedia’s media repository. This week, I’d like to take you on a tour of the changing faces of trees through seasons. I love trees, because each one has a distinct look and personality. Their appearance is constantly evolving, and much like people, they have good hair days and bad hair days. Their emotional appeal morphs as they cloth themselves for each season.
And remember: as with everything else on Wikipedia, each of these pictures can be used and shared by anyone, for free, just by following the license rules – usually by giving credit to the author and preserving the license so that others can re-share the work as well.
